Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Bondman Print & Design ("we," "our," or "us"). These terms and conditions govern your use of our services and products. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.


2. Orders and Approvals

  • Orders are processed based on the information provided by the customer. Please ensure all details, including artwork, dimensions, and specifications, are accurate before submission.
  • A proof will be provided for your approval before production begins. Your approval signifies acceptance of all specifications. Once approved, changes cannot be made.


3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes provided are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment is required as per the agreed-upon terms. Work will only commence once full or partial payment has been received, as specified in the invoice.


4. Production and Delivery

  • Standard production timelines will be communicated when your order is placed. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur, and we will notify you promptly if this happens.
  • Shipping or delivery costs will be added to your invoice unless stated otherwise. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party carriers.


5. Returns and Refunds

  • Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details on returns and refunds.
  • Custom or personalized printing items are non-refundable unless they are defective, or we made an error.


6. Intellectual Property

  • Customers must have the legal rights to use any content, images, or materials provided for printing. We are not responsible for any copyright violations.
  • Any designs or materials created by us remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without our permission.


7. Limitations of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the order in question.


8. Warranties

  • We warrant that our products will meet the agreed specifications as per your approved proof. Beyond this, no other warranties are provided.


9. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for delays or failures to fulfill orders due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor strikes, or supply chain disruptions.


10. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Auckland, New Zealand.

Return

Return & Refund Policy

At Bondman Print & Design, we are committed to delivering high-quality printing goods that meet your expectations. Please review our return and refund policy below:


Returns

Our policy allows returns within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain printing goods cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-printed items with personalized designs.
  • Items damaged after delivery for reasons not caused by us.


Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Printing goods not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error).
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a few days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing delays may apply)
  3. Contact your bank for further assistance.


If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at info@bondman.co.nz.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, email us at info@bondman.co.nz and send your item to:

Shipping

To return your product, mail it to:

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
  • Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
